8n-tech 0ceb814ab3 - Added board-search.php with improved board directory searching.

- Added new functions to functions.php for fetching board meta.
- Added new styling for non-index page 12-col layouts.
- Modified templating for board directories.
- Moved CSS from the index page to CSS files.
